PASANTÍA: Asistente de producción
El equipo de Efecto Naím, basado en Washington D.C., busca un asistente de producción bilingüe para nuestro programa de prácticas profesionales. Las personas ambiciosas, increíblemente proactivas y creativas son candidatos ideales.
El asistente de producción podría redactar guiones, agendar entrevistas, investigar temas, transcribir y traducir textos, asistir durante los rodajes, editar material audiovisual y/o asistir con las redes sociales del programa. Este rol ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar estrechamente con los productores del programa y de participar en todos los aspectos de la producción. La posición es a tiempo parcial y no es remunerada. Somos flexibles con los horarios de trabajo de nuestros asistentes de producción.
REQUISITOS:
- Hablar y escribir con fluidez en español e inglés.
- Ser estudiante a tiempo completo o recién graduado de una universidad o escuela de posgrado.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y para el trabajo en equipo.
- Fuertes habilidades investigativas y de pensamiento crítico.
- Poder trabajar con rapidez y cumplir con las fechas de entrega.
- Ser detallista.
- Se prefiere la experiencia con Adobe Premiere, pero no es necesaria.

INTERNSHIP: Production assistant
Efecto Naím is looking for a bilingual, part-time production assistant to join its Washington
D.C. team. Ideal candidates are ambitious, incredibly proactive, and creative individuals who want to be part of a small team that is looking to re-invent smart, Spanish-language television.
Duties may include conducting research, writing scripts, booking interviews, assisting during
shoots, finding and editing footage, transcription and translation, and social media. The production assistant internship will provide the opportunity to work closely with the producers of the show and participate in every aspect of production. This position is part time and unpaid. We are flexible and happy to work with our production assistants to find the right schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in writing and speaking in Spanish and English.
- Being a full time student or recent graduate of a college or graduate school.
- Strong teamwork/communication skills.
- Conceptual thinker and research-driven.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Adobe Premiere experience is highly preferred but not required.
